Jean is involved in corporate transactions, corporate legal secretariat, project finance, registration of securities, corporate financial restructuring, contract and corporate audits.

 

Before joining the firm, Jean worked in several law firms such as Lefèvre Pelletier & Avocats – Itineriz, Cabinet Nyemb, Cabinet Zangue & Partners.

 

Jean is also finalizing a PhD in private law at the University of Yaoundé II, Soa, on conflicts between supranational legal orders (OHADA, OAPI, CIMA, CIPRES, CEMAC) in the Cameroonian legal system
