Elise Ngo Nyobe is an Attorney at the Cameroon Bar and an Of Counsel of the Firm.
Elise advises on corporate transactions, audits, financing projects in the energy, oil & gas and mining sectors in Africa. She advises on transactions carried out in several of the OHADA member countries.
Before joining the firm, Elise worked for more than ten years in business law firms in Cameroon, including Cabinet Marie Andrée Ngwe.
She also worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Tax & Legal in Cameroon.
