Amadagana & Partners has advised the CCA BANK, within the framework of a XAF 10 billion financing granted by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), to support female entrepreneurship in Cameroon.

Amadagana & Partners has advised CCA BANK, Borrower in a financing operation of XAF 10 billion  (Euros 15 million) with IFC.

This financing will be used to facilitate the granting of credit to Cameroonian SMEs run by women.

The financing agreement was signed on 16 June 2023 by the parties involved. Amadagana & Partners assisted CCA BANK S.A in drafting, reviewing and finalising all financing documentation.

The Amadagana & Partners team consisted of Partner Lynda Amadagana, Of Counsel Elise Ngo Nyobe, Senior Associate Francis Mangele, Mid-Level Associate Victorine Epée and Junior Associate Kevin Djomgoue.
