Amadagana & Partners advises the Australian company CANYON Resources, and its Cameroonian subsidiary CAMALCO S.A. in the negotiations of a mining convention with the State of Cameroon, represented by the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development and the National Mining Company, SONAMINES.

The mining convention relates to the Minim Martap project, which is potentially one of the largest bauxite deposits in the world, with over one billion tons of bauxite resources. These negotiations follow the completion of the exploration phase of this site by Camalco S.A. Amadagana & Partners is assisting Canyon Resources & Camalco in the drafting, reviewand finalization of the mining convention and ancillary contracts.
