Amadagana & Partners has advised Eneo Cameroun S.A., Borrower in a syndicated financing transaction of 100 billion CFA Francs CFA (152 million Euros) with the lending banks CITIBANK and Société Générale as lead arrangers and a syndication of eight (8) Cameroonian, Gabonese and Ivorian banks.

This financing carried out entirely on the local market, will be used to finance Eneo Cameroon’s investment programme in the electricity sector in Cameroon.

Amadagana & Partners assisted Eneo Cameroun S.A. in the drafting, review and finalization of the financing and security documentation.

Amadagana & Partners team was headed by Partner Lynda Amadagana, two Senior Associates, Elise Ngo Nyobe and Guy Mbenda, and two junior Associates Victorine Epée and Victoria Tamouh.

The lenders were advised by Linklaters London and Jing & Partners.
