Flashback to the 3rd edition of the Pan-African-PMC which held at the Yaounde Convention Centre from 28th to 30th October 2020 under the theme “How to successfully organize projects in Africa”.

Our Senior Associate, Elise Ngo Nyobe, made a presentation on Special Purpose Vehicles for major projects” with a focus on their legal structuring and governance rules.

This third edition, organised by Prescriptor Consulting, headed by Mr Babissakana was in partnership with the Cameroonian Ministry of Economy, Planning and Territorial Administration and welcomed 21 international experts from 16 different countries as speakers.
