Our Partner, Lynda Amadagana-Etogo was one of the speakers invited to share their insights with young graduates and professionals on the impact of emotional intelligence and  soft skills on the management and progress of their professionnal careers.

According to the various speakers, soft skills are key to the management of challenging and stressful situations arising in the workplace. Indeed, rigour and discipline, integrity, humility and resilience are common traits to successful careers. Combining those soft skills with the required technical skills is the secret of a meaningful and fulfilling professional life!
